Terms of Service — Bjorg.tech Sp. z o.o

The website https://madeineurope.news and the digital products sold through it are owned and provided by Bjorg.tech Sp. z o.o (“we”, “us”, the “Seller”), a company registered in Poland.

By accessing the site, creating access to the reader or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
If you act on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. Individuals must be of legal age in their country.
Continued use of the service after an update of these terms means acceptance of the updated version. Orders already placed are handled under the terms in force at that time.

The service provides the e-book “Claude, praktycznie — w Twoim tempie” with an online reader, an AI assistant based on the book, a business-psychologist consultation voucher included in the Early Bird bundle, and a waiting list for an upcoming AI tool.
All products are digital and delivered electronically — there is no physical shipment. Access to the reader is protected by a password or a personal access link tied to your order.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased content for your own personal or internal business use.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle.com Market Ltd (Judd House, 18–29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom) processes payments (card, BLIK), calculates and remits applicable sales tax/VAT, and issues the sales document. Your bank statement may show Paddle or PADDLE.NET.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.
We never receive or store your card details — they are passed directly to the payment provider.
Prices are shown in PLN including tax. The Early Bird bundle is 369 PLN (regular price 963 PLN). Invoicing details you provide before payment are your responsibility.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact us at ada@ada-margo.com and we will pass the request to Paddle.
Consumers in the EU/UK additionally keep their statutory withdrawal rights. After a refund, access to the digital content and any unused bundle benefits ends.

You must not: use the service unlawfully; share, resell or redistribute your reader access; scrape or bulk-download the content with automated tools; circumvent passwords or other technical protections; probe, attack or interfere with the security of the service; upload malware; submit unlawful, abusive or infringing content; or misuse the AI assistant to generate illegal or harmful material.
You are responsible for keeping your access link and password confidential and for activity carried out with them, and for providing accurate account and billing information.

The service, the e-book, the cover, prompts, software and branding remain the property of Bjorg.tech Sp. z o.o or its licensors. No ownership is transferred by a purchase.
Reverse engineering, republishing, commercial redistribution or creating derivative products from our content without written consent is not permitted.
You keep the rights to content you enter into the AI assistant and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service. If you believe content infringes your rights, write to ada@ada-margo.com and we will review and, where justified, remove it; repeated infringement leads to account termination.

The AI assistant may produce inaccurate or incomplete output. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying results and for how you use them.
The content is educational. It is not legal, medical, psychological, tax or investment advice and must not be relied on as a substitute for professional consultation.

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation; maintenance windows and third-party outages may occur.
To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

We may suspend or terminate your access in case of material breach of these terms, non-payment, chargeback or payment abuse, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.
You may stop using the service at any time. On termination your access to the reader and assistant ends; refunds follow section 5.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy notice at /przetwarzanie-danych. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and processes order, billing and tax data as described there.

These terms are governed by Polish law. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution, including the EU ODR platform.
You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition or reorganisation.
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
